sashimi in Japan
Don't follow your noses when looking for the Tsujiki fish market in Tokyo. The fish at this market is so fresh that the place doesn't smell fishy at all. If you get up early enough, you can see the fish auction at around 5am. By 7am or so, bicycles or trolleys carrying cool boxes cart the fish to the surrounding sushi bars where you could have the freshest sashimi for breakfast.
