How to Eat Coca
Photos and words by Salina Christmas

Moritz is the local beer, introduced by a French immigrant, Louis Moritz Trautmann, in 1856.

Minutes away from these steps is the Barcelona Museum of History. Coincidentally, they are having an exhibition on immigration, and how it is changing the face of Barcelona.

I find it fascinating to see the movements of people in and out of this city since Roman times.

Trautmann is mentioned as one of the 'newcomers' that contributed to the city.
