How to Eat Coca
Photos and words by Salina Christmas

This is the coca our Catalan host bought for afternoon tea. It has cherries and nuts as toppings. What makes it sweet is the sugar and the custard cream (is it really custard?).

Ok, 'afternoon tea' here refers to the time of the day when we decide to have a chat about nothing over food and drinks.
