Stormy Weather
Photos and words by Janet Greco

Most people avoid Menorca in the winter, but I don't know why.

Yes, the weather is unpredictable. But actually most of the time it's really sunny and nice.

But when it's not, it can be spectacular.

The 17th Century Castle St Nicolau served as a watch-tower.

This was shot in 2003 on one crazy day.

These pictures were taken in my neighbourhood, in the city of Ciutadella de Menorca, one of the Balearic Islands of Spain.

Janet Greco is a documentary photographer. She is based in Menorca, Spain and New Jersey, USA. www.frozenbay.com
