Café Down Under
Photos by Kess Bohan

Little is known to us about the various applications filed by agrochemical companies and research centers in Australia for the cultivation of genetically modified (GM) plants, be them drought-resistant crops, pasture grasses or sterile algae-controlling plants.

But this is a country with an expanding desert. The advent of GM crops will be inevitable.

The foods featured in this portraiture, however, is organic.

Kess Bohan is a Director of Photography.
