Istanbul: Eating Out

For about YTL18-YTL20, I get this set of rice with stewed meat, celery roots in olive oil (seasoned with lemon), steamed vegetables, pumpkin dessert (in syrup — very sweet) and a cup of coffee.

At the Borsa Lokantasi near Taksim Square, of course.
