The Xiaolongbao or Siew Long Bun or simply "soup dumpling" is a Shanghai specialty but can also be found in Beijing (we tried it at Din Tai Fung restaurant). They are pork dumplings filled with a yummy broth and are eaten dipped in ginger vinegar.
