Camberwell-educated Cat Vinton is the Photographer of the Year 2007, winning the judges over with her portfolios for the 'Thrill' and 'One Planet Many Lives' categories.

There were discussions among the Sojournposse present at the preview that Vinton's Norwegian entries (pictured) are Photoshopped.

"It's real," said Jeremy Hoare, who, like the other judges, went through about 10,000 pieces of photos twice before choosing the winners. "Everybody uses Photoshop. It depends on what you do with it."
