No Small Martial
By Gregory Lecointe

Only few miles from the Cape Horn, at the most southern tip of the mighty Argentina, the town of Ushuaia capital of Tierra del Fuego, arguably boast of its "end of the world" status.

Along the Channel Beagle, gateway to the barren "whites" of Antarctica where cruise ships are leaving you wondering of immaculate forgiveness, the town clings onto the slopes of the Martial chain.

This is the story of a journey climbing a mountain and a descent into something beautiful.

So we were three setting off light hearted on this beautiful Austral afternoon. Three of us having met just few days before in a hostel held by Nestor, a colourful half mountaineer, half Samaritan and half alcoholic Argentinian who seemed to have adopted us as his sons. Fortune and beauty of the travel encounters.
